A Christmas Market with more than 60 stalls, a craft marquee, food and a funfair is coming to Market Deeping on Sunday, from 11am to 5pm.
This year's event will feature more local businesses than ever before, selling everything from Christmas wreaths and decorations to candles, scarves and jewellery. There'll also be honey, pickles, cakes and locally-brewed beers for anyone in search of food and drink gift ideas.
A dedicated craft marquee will house 25 different makers selling handmade items such as bath bombs, photo frames, teddy bears and cushions.
The children's funfair has moved from its previous street location to the rear of The Iron Horse, where there'll be rides for little ones and beer on tap for the adults!
Entertainment will take place right through the day on the market square, with something for all tastes including rock 'n' roll, church choirs, soloists and dancers. Organisers are also promising a surprise guest ahead of the big light switch-on, which is scheduled for 5pm.
Anyone getting hungry while they shop can take advantage of food stalls in the square and no Christmas market would be complete without mulled wine or gin to warm things up.
