Deeping St James man pleads guilty to possession with intent to supply and possession of criminal property

A 38-year-old Deeping St James man appeared at court yesterday charged with possession with intent to supply and possession of criminal damage.

A Lincolnshire Police spokesman said: "We executed a warrant this week (Weds, 24 June) on Millfield Road, in Deeping St James.

"Michael Forsythe, from Deeping St James, was charged with possession with intent to supply and possession of criminal property.

"Yesterday [Thurs] at Lincoln Magistrates court, Forsythe pleaded guilty to those charges and will be sentenced on 27 July.

"Two further men, aged 26 and 38, were arrested and released under investigation."

Police officers recovered a quantity of a substance believed to be a class A drug and a significant amount of cash.

T/DCI Mike Parsons said: "This is a continuation of enforcement action that we are taking in the north and south Kesteven area.

"We would like to thank the public for their ongoing cooperation and support.”
