Larkfleet Homes is to officially open a new show home tomorrow (Fri) at its Deeping Meadow development in Market Deeping.
The ribbon will be cut by the Bourne-based company's CEO Karl Hick and the public is invited to join local dignitaries at the opening celebrations from 3pm, tour the property and share some light refreshments.
The show house will give prospective buyers the opportunity to experience a ‘real life’ version of their potential new home and includes features such as family rooms, open plan living areas, luxury dining, bathrooms and spacious bedrooms.
Deeping Meadow is a brand-new development of 67 two, three and four-bedroom houses off Northfields Road.
It includes 23 affordable properties developed in partnership with Legal and General Affordable Homes Ltd.
Mr Hick said: “We are so pleased with the finish of the show home and view home at Deeping Meadow and it will give homeowners the opportunity to get lots of ideas and meet the sales team.
"This development ticks so many boxes.
“Many of the homes have already been reserved off plan and we have received high levels of interest in the development so we’re expecting the launch to be very popular.
“We continue to deliver high quality homes that meet the urgent need for new housing that will enable people to ‘get a foot on the property ladder’ or move on up to larger properties."
Following the official opening the show home will be open seven days a week between 10am and 3pm.
