Police are cracking down on anti-social behaviour in The Deepings after a series of incidents involving groups of unruly youths.
Anti-social behaviour patrols were carried out on Friday evening and over the weekend in response to public requests to tackle nuisance behaviour and vehicles being used 'recklessly'.
A Lincolnshire Police spokesman told Deepings Nub News today (Mon): "On Saturday night (3 Aug) we had two reports regarding the same incident in Jubilee Drive.
"It was reported that a group of young people were shouting and swearing in the street.
"Our officers attended but, by this time, the youths had gone - this was at 11.30pm.
"This behaviour was also reported at this same time at Tesco in Godsey Lane.
"At 3am Sunday (4 Aug), we received a report that a group of young people were throwing stones at cars in Baroness Way. We visited the scene and there was no apparent damage.
"Our officers are conscious of these incidents and actively encourage anyone who experiences anti-social behaviour to contact the police by calling 101."
